For Foods from Spain, Trade Commission of Spain in New York, JRDG designed and develop the Cheese from Spain website targeting the cheese trade and consumers in the U.S. The website is a comprehensive online guide to the centuries-old Spanish artisan cheese-making tradition. The strategy was to clearly and consistently communicate the wide variety of cheeses Spain has to offer and to allow the website visitors get to the detailed product information quickly and intuitively. We achieve this goal with a series of section headings featuring cheese image collages and clean and user friendly interface. A customized interactive Google Map shows the visitor where each of the cheeses are produced. Clicking on the location pins trigger pop-up windows with a picture and information of each of the 83 cheese varieties.
