Landmark IV Realty

Landmark IV, a well-known boutique realtor firm based in Hollywood, Florida, was looking to refresh its brand identity to support their marketing efforts and rapid business growth. First we updated their logo design with an elegant font and an integrated tag line while maintaining the original oval shape they were identified with. The project entailed creating a layout system of editable templates with font styles and colors that the client could implement easily to bring consistently across all their marketing materials, from business cards to mailers to agent signs and social media. This project was developed in partnership with Shari Finger Design.
